We are so excited you are ready to experience a side of Africa and a side of yourself you’ve never known.
You’ll share a special bond with the Afrikans who are traveling with you on Sankofa Journey to Ghana and for the first time ever, to Senegal and Gambia.

Yes we know these things are never included on travel excursions. But we have to mention it. 🙂
Your personal travel items, vaccinations, departure taxes
Passport and Visa fees, excess baggage and fees, meals (except Welcome and Farewell), your optional travel insurance, pocket money for shopping and eating.
You now can do self-guided payment plans . You can follow our suggested dates or pick your own. The final payment is due February 28th.
We recommend paying weekly or monthly so you don’t loose track or you can follow these dates.

YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION
International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required upon arrival from ALL COUNTRIES if the traveler is more than 1 year of age.
Malaria exists throughout the year in all areas including urban areas. Resistance to Chloroquine is confirmed.

1. Are you still accepting Afrikans from throughtout the world who would like to join?

2. What happens if a reservation is paid for or a deposit is given but the traveler is not able to go?
If you cancel your reservation for any reason after March 15 there are no refunds. You can transfer with someone you know who wants to go provided airline tickets have not been issued to you.
